Bilbomatica sponsors CAPITO Publication, launched by Counsellors of Cantabria and Castilla León

Bilbomática has sponsored the production of CAPITO®, coursebook for the Public Administrations, of the Information Technology Observatory of DINTEL, which is already available in (www.capito.es)since last 26th November, in its free access summarized version.

The publication is supported by 37 institutional entries from important positions of the three Public Administrations, and by several technological reports written by 24 technological leader companies in their correspondent strategic knowledge areas.

The Counsellor for the Autonomic Administration of the Castilla y León Government, her Excellency Mrs. Dª. Isabel Alonso Sánchez, chaired the official CAPITO® presentation act together with the Counsellor of the Head of Government and Justice Department of the Government of Cantabria, his Excellency Mr. D. José Vicente Mediavilla Cabo.

Together with the President of DINTEL, the presidential table was occupied by three of the members of the Publishing Council (Juan Jesús Torres Carbonell, Systems and Technology Director of the National Postal Service; Fernando Martín Moreno, Chief of the Informatics Support for the National Administrative & Political Area of the National Audit Office; and José Antonio Martín Pérez, General Sub-director of Information Corporative Systems of the Council of Madrid), together with the General Secretariat of the Spanish Ombudsman and the General Director of Innovation and Administrative Modernisation of the Autonomic Administration Department of the Government of Castilla y León, Mr.and Mrs. Dª. Mª del Mar España Martí and D. Pablo Lebrato.

Bilbomática has chosen the areas of Strategic Management and e-Government to provide added value. The first book of this CAPITO® series, in its November 2009 edition, is available at the Technical Secretariat of the DINTEL Foundation, and it is possible to apply for it in the following e-mail address:nmartin@dintel.org.
