Bilbomática will define the Integral Model for Citizen Attention Services for the Local Council of Portugalete (Bizkaia)

Bilbomática has been awarded the definition of the” Integral Model for Citizen Attention Services” for the Local Council of Portugalete (Bizkaia). 

The Council of Portugalete has been accomplishing for several years now, different actions aimed at achieving a modern and efficient Public Administration, devoted to citizen attention and based on the strategic use of technology. All this has allowed the Council to achieve a high maturity degree in its management, essential for dealing with the projects that make Portugalete stand out like a pioneer council in e-Government and administrative revamping.

Carrying on with these activities, the Council of Portugalete has initiated the E- Portug@lete Project, which implies taking the necessary measures to culminate in the technological adaptation evolution to legal and organizational requirements, including the creation of the local electronic office, the electronic registry, the set up of the e-notification process, electronic dealing of administrative processes, document management, cooperation and interoperability  between public administrations, and so on…

Within this project, Bilbomática will responsible for the definition of the” Integral Model for Citizen Attention Services” which implies the setting up of a model incorporating the attention services and the development of multichannel services, having as an end the increase of the level of satisfaction of the local citizenship and companies, granting homogeneous information in the different communication channels.
Likewise, Bilbomática will carry out the definition of the services, organization and design the new physical office for the Citizen Attention Services will have.
