Bilbomática will develop the CORDIS Partners Service Portal for the European Commission

The Publications Office of the European Commission has awarded Bilbomática the development of a new version of the CORDIS Partners Service Portal.

The new version will be based on web technologies and will improve aspects of usability, ergonomics and reliability of the information of the actual system, together with the incorporation of collaborative tools.

The project rises as result of a work team made up by present users of the CORDIS Portal, National Contact Points for the VII Framework Programme and representatives of the Commission.

The targets of the main system are:

•    Promote contacts between potential partners interested in working on EU financed projects.
•    Allow potential partners to publish useful and reliable information.
•    Help in the presentation of high quality proposals providing answers to EU calls.
•    The project will be fulfilled during 2010, with an approximate budget of 190.000 € in its initial phase.
