Deployment of the new electronic offices “Bilbao click for the Council of Bilbao

Bilbomática has collaborated with the Citizen Relationships Area of the Council of Bilbao and the European Foundation of e-Government in the deployment of the project Bilbao click’, which consists on the setting up of the new electronic offices, installed in the local centres aimed at personally managing, in an easy and quick way several procedures and municipal services, which will bring along a global improvement of the service and the cancellation of annoying waiting times. 

The service works through a tactile screen displaying a menu through which users can enter the different sections and categories. This way, the system allows the use of the ONA card (issued by the Basque Health Service) and the electronic identity card as access control to the electronic office.

Initially, the deployed services allow:
•    Obtaining the registration certification in a direct, quick and easy way.
•    Accessing procedures and services provided in the council’s web (www.bilbao.net)
•    Managing the registrations to Municipal Workshops.
•    Accessing work lists
•    Accessing other administrations and internet
