GOTOP is a telematic tool which makes possible an easy definition, management and monitorization of the business strategy and processes. This application works on the basis of strategic targets, actions, processes and indicators, following the methodologies of the Control Board and Process Managing.
The idea of this proyect came from the identification of the need to apply the excellence business models in their management strategies in structures with few staff and with constant technological and market changes on their products and existing services in the Software sector Companies.
