Technological Conference – IDATR (Real Time Data Interchange) Services Network for Security Forces, held in Alcobendas (Madrid) on the 29th April 2009

Last 29th April, the presentation of the new system deployed between councils of different communities already having GESPOL appliance was held in the municipality of Alcobendas (Madrid), with the collaboration of Bilbomática, S.A. This system aims at establishing a secure computer service for consultation and access to data of vehicles, citizens and alerts. 

The introduced system allows connecting different appliances, mobility solutions and computer systems of other entities and makes possible the establishment of the data interchange rules between all the actors.

The Councils, state references in technology, initially belonging to this network are: Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Getafe, Benidorm, Adeje, Blanes, Malgrat de Mar, Albacete and Algeciras.

The mentioned Councils gave their presentations during the event to then visit the CECOM centre (Communications Centre of the local Police) in Alcobendas.

Conference was finished with a pleasant lunch.

     The number of people assisting to the event from the whole Spain was very important, amongst them, seven mayors, three general deputies, forty town councillors and more than a hundred responsibles for Local Police Stations, Police Chiefs and Security Directors. 

In the future the experience is likely to be repeated.
