The Tourist Promotion Directorate of the Basque Government sets up Gaurkotu, together with Bilbomática and the Informatics Directorate of the Basque Government (EJIE, S.A.)

Gaurkotu is an extranet which allows the proper tourist resources a direct update of their information in the Tourism Portal, and entering multimedia content and special offers.
This extranet has a back office manager which allows the validation and translation of this information before its automatic publishing in the Tourism Portal and its storage in the Data Base of the Tourist Promotion Directorate.
