Voice recognition technologies in the Health Sector. The voice of clinical reports

Bilbomática uses the leader technology in the market of integral voice recognition services, Speech Magic from Nuance. Last month of November, Nuance gathered in Vienna (Nuance Healthcare Partner Event 2009 - 12, 13 November, Vienna, Austria) a wide selection of its partners, distributed around the whole world. Bilbomática was pleased to participate in the event providing its experience in the deployment of voice recognition in the Basque Health Service (Osakidetza).

We must highlight the regional work team for Spain, Portugal and South America, for which the responsible staff of Hospital La Fe from Valencia introduced their experience with voice recognition technology in Radiology. In the mentioned work team, made up by Alfonso Martinez - BorealSys, David Pérez and Lionel Rovezzi - Timed, Jose Luis López - Steria, Javier Medina – Health Department of the Regional Government of Valencia, Miguel Chavarría - Hospital La Fe, Javier Viver - Nuance, and Pablo Weiss and Alfredo Alday – Bilbomática, daily challenges in the health environment, learnt lessons in present projects and experiences were shared, in order to make the most of the health applications through the use of voice solutions.
