The project will be launched during 2024 and its main objective is to facilitate the participation and collaboration of different agents of the Basque administrations in the socio-health model, structured in three fundamental axes:
On the one hand, the portal will serve as a central platform for developing collaborative tools and promoting the Basque social and healthcare model. From an ICT perspective, these tools will support and enhance coordination among the various stakeholders within the administrations.
Furthermore, the project also includes the definition and development of a model for evaluating and monitoring social and healthcare interoperability . This model will allow for the reflection and measurement of the activity and impact of the implemented initiatives .
Finally, it includes specialized support for the use of the new tools, the integration of data from third-party institutions, and the technical support necessary to understand and apply the social and healthcare model.
This system is aimed at professionals in the sector , with the objective of providing them with digital tools that facilitate inter- and intra-system coordination and promote a cultural change towards joint and coordinated work by professionals in the social and health systems.
With this launch, Euskadi positions itself at the forefront of socio-health innovation, promoting greater collaboration and efficiency in the sector.
