TThe ASLAN Awards for Transformation in Public Administrations will be presented at the ASLAN 2026 Congress. These awards recognize public bodies and entities for their commitment to implementing innovative technologies aimed at improving services to citizens, increasing efficiency, and optimizing resources.

In this edition, two initiatives in which we have collaborated are among the finalist projects. Voting will be open from February 25 to March 10 for all registered users.

The Basque Country's Social and Healthcare Portal

Promoted by the Directorate of Social and Healthcare Services of the Basque Government's Department of Health, this portal fosters a more coordinated, integrated, and person-centered model of care. The initiative also reinforces the commitment to transparency, innovation, continuing education, and improved quality of care.

This service ensures the operational continuity and technological evolution of the critical geospatial infrastructure used by the Madrid Fire Department and SAMUR (Madrid's emergency medical service). Thanks to its immediate technical response, it facilitates route optimization and unit dispatch, helping emergency teams reach the public as quickly as possible.
