At BILBOMÁTICA, through EJIE, we have participated in the development of a system that allows the Traffic Directorate of the Basque Government's Department of Security to comprehensively manage all Special Transport authorizations, unifying processes and optimizing coordination between offices and external bodies.
Unifying Processes and Regional Offices
The project involved migrating existing procedures from a previous version of the system, which lacked business functionalities, and consolidating all regional traffic offices, including the Provincial Councils and the provincial traffic headquarters in the Basque Country, into a common environment. This allowed us to standardize management and coordinate processes more efficiently, improving the traceability of each file.
A Complete System for Electronic Processing
We have developed an application that integrates all the services necessary for electronic processing, including the management of permits and the vehicle registry. The solution centralizes information, ensuring that each office works with the same data and uniform criteria, thus facilitating transparency and consistency in management.
Integration with External Agencies and Online Processing
The system connects with external agencies, such as the traffic departments of the Provincial Councils, and enables the online processing of all Special Transport procedures. This ensures that information is available in real time and that authorizations can be managed quickly and reliably, benefiting both internal staff and citizens and businesses.
Efficiency and Control for Special Mobility
With this project, the Basque Government's Traffic Department has a robust and modern tool that covers all Special Transport processes, ensuring traceability, efficiency, and coordination throughout the territorial network. Thanks to this solution, we have optimized administrative management in the area of mobility and strengthened the quality of public service.
