Since the beginning of our collaboration in the 2019-2020 school year, we have supported the Inspira STEAM project, a group mentoring program to promote STEAM among primary school students that also addresses the gender gap in these areas.

Through the mentors of BILBOMÁTICA who participate in the project, we carry out awareness and guidance actions to inspire the next generation of talent and bring them closer to the possibilities of the technology sector.

During the 2023-2024 academic year, four people from BILBOMÁTICA have been part of this project, reaching 4 centers and more than 70 students.

We continue working and contributing our bit to a more equal and inclusive sector and we will collaborate again with this initiative during this 2024/2025 academic year.

Promoting the technological gene

At ALTIA Group, we are deeply committed to education and a more equitable technology sector, focusing on fostering STEM careers among young people. Through mentorship programs, educational talks, and collaborations with educational institutions, we aim to inspire and support the next generation of technology professionals.

In our actions, we not only promote innovation and technological growth, but we also believe that it is a fundamental pillar to achieve a quality, equal education without the gender stereotypes with which it was traditionally associated.

We have our own initiatives, such as GenTech , in which - just like in Inspira STEAM - we seek to inspire and activate the technological gene of future professionals.

Every little bit helps, and together we can improve the future!
