At Bilbomática, an Altia Company, we’re proud to be at the vanguard of technological innovation, especially in areas that have a direct impact on the improvement of people’s quality of life. That’s why we’re especially satisfied with LUCIA, a project in which Bilbomática is developing the eCRF (Electronic Case Report Form) system, a revolutionary tool for compiling and handling clinical data which is centered on the fight against lung cancer.

Our contribution to the LUCIA project with the development of eCRF is clear testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation. This system is not only a platform; it is the result of countless hours of work, and it is meticulously designed to be customizable, standardized, and, most of all, focused on providing the best user experience for health professionals. We’ve worked hard to create a tool that not only meets expectations, but exceeds them, adapting perfectly to the specific needs of medical research in the field of lung cancer.

Alignment with directives and collaborations

Our work on the eCRF and the LUCIA project aligns perfectly with the European directives on early cancer detection, marking an important milestone in our commitment to public health and the prevention of lung cancer.  Moreover, the collaboration with renowned organizations like Osakidetza, Biobizkaia, and FISEVI broadens our range of influence and reinforces the importance of our work, situating us as leaders in the sector.

The implementation of eCRF in the clinical research process represents a significant breakthrough in the way data are collected and handled. The reduction of human error and the improvement in the precision of the data are fundamental for the success of the clinical studies. Furthermore, the ability to facilitate international collaboration via remote access in real time is a game-changer, allowing us to work more efficiently and effectively than ever before.

At Bilbomática, we firmly believe in the power of technology to change lives.  Our work in the LUCIA project and our development of the eCRF system is a clear example of how technological innovation can have a real impact on public health. We are proud to contribute to the fight against lung cancer and are committed to continuing to work for the improvement of early detection and clinical research.
