We’re driving the Basque Government Juvenile Justice Service system
We’re collaborating with the Basque Government Juvenile Justice Service to develop a new information system that will optimize its use.
The main goal of the Juvenile Justice System, in charge of designing, planning, organizing, and evaluating actions taken regarding juvenile justice, is to reintegrate minors who have been accused of breaking the law. In their constant search for efficiency and effectiveness, the Service closely collaborates with other bodies and organizations, by making intensive use of IT systems to manage crucial information about minors, measures, and communications with collaborating bodies.
The new information system that we have developed is designed to maximize the automation of processes and the integration of data with the bodies associated with the Juvenile Justice Service. Moreover, it is focused on offering a highly usable, efficient, and agile internal system, which covers all the service’s needs, guarantees the quality of the data, facilitates the use of information, and, above all, ensures maximum security for the sensitive information handled by the system.
